Brachmann has some thoughts on the time he spent playing pattycake with Zach. You know, before he got nailed. He also has this cool short video documenting Zach’s online activities. Let me just mention that Zach was online long before last year. Ask Mrs. Chesser. She knows what I’m talking about. Thanks to NWO puppetmasters.

President Obama warns against demagoguing illegal immigration: “We want to work with Arizona. I understand the frustration of people in Arizona. But what we can’t do is demagogue the issue,” Obama said in an interview with CBS, according to excerpts released by the network. What that means, of course, is that the Democrats’ position on the issue is unpopular. Scott Rasmussen finds that 59% of American voters support Arizona’s immigration law, while 53% trust the states more than the federal government to enforce immigration laws. Whenever the Democrats’ position on an issue is brutally unpopular, they try to make the issue out of bounds for political debate. We’re still waiting for the Dems to apply the “no demagoguery” rule to, say, Social Security. Meanwhile, at an Arizona Diamondbacks game, two men ran onto the field carrying Mexican flags to protest Arizona’s so-far-futile attempt to uphold the rule of law: This strikes me as remarkably stupid. The more that protesters against Arizona use the Mexican flag as their symbol, the larger the majority who are opposed to illegal immigration will grow.

Revolution Muslim has been violating all sorts of copyright laws lately, copying entire articles and pasting them on their website. That’s a no-no. An even bigger no-no? Copying and pasting one of my articles . But when you hotlink my images? That’s just rude . So, I swapped out the original images and replaced them with these. If you’re quick, you can click on over to Revolution Muslim’s website and see them both in all their glory. Pssst, Younes: It’s called “Tor”. Maybe you should Google it?

Hey, Little People! You know how at the end of movies, they sometimes show what are called “outtakes”–mistakes and accidents that occurred during filming? These delightful laugh-fests remind you that even your superiors in Hollywood occasionally make an error or two, almost as if their species bore some genetic relationship to that of you troglodytes clinging to your religion and guns in the savage wastes outside LA! Well, this week, PJTV’ presents some of the goofs, foul-ups, blunders and flubs that occur even at Klavan on the Culture… where we actually are better than the rest of you. Justin Folk created the backgrounds, including the stunning illusion that I’m sitting in front of a green screen.

Pfc. Bradley Manning is the only suspect in the Wikileaks scandal that may have endangered both American soldiers in Afghanistan and their Afghan allies. He is now in custody awaiting court martial. Manning worked in intelligence and was stationed for a time outside Baghdad. I have no insight into whether Private Manning is guilty or not; presumably the facts will come out in his court martial. I am struck, however, by the lack of curiosity the American press has shown about Private Manning. Manning’s mother is British. She married an American and lived in the U.S. for some years; Bradley was born here. His parents divorced and she brought him back to Wales in 2001. The Telegraph took the trouble of interviewing some of Manning’s friends and family members in the U.K., and checking out his Facebook page. The results are interesting. First, Private Manning is openly homosexual. Did you know that? I didn’t; if the fact has been reported in the American press, I’ve missed it. Moreover, Manning was an activist who demonstrated against Congress’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. His Facebook includes a photo of him at a gay rights rally, holding a sign demanding equality on “the battlefield.” Further, he has posted anti-military comments on his Facebook page. An uncle describes him as “an introverted kid who loved computers and was fired up politically.” That tantalizing reference is left hanging. Whether he was fired up about something other than gay rights remains unknown, for the moment. These are facts that would no doubt be of interest to American readers, yet, as so often happens, our reporters and editors appear to be engaged in a policy of collective discretion. Imagine, though, if Manning had been a tea partier, if he had been photographed holding an anti-government sign at a tea party rally, and if friends described him as being “fired up” about conservative politics. Do you think those facts would be prominently featured in the media narrative about the leaks?

A New Perspective on Private Manning
The man who claims the accidental killing of civilians is “murderer” knowingly and intentionally publishes the names of those working against the Taliban. If mens rea — state of mind — is a necessary element for a crime to have occurred, then how could the accidental deaths of civilians in war ever be considered criminal ? Yet the intentional facilitation of murder not be? Julian Assange, accomplice to murder : In an interview with Channel 4 News, Zabihullah Mujahid, a Taliban spokesman , said they were studying and investigating the report, adding “ If they are US spies, then we know how to punish them .” If the immoral fools on the Left want to see what war crimes really look like, they need look no further then the way the Taliban handles “murtad” “spies” and “traitors”. This is what a real war crime looks like. And Julian Assange is guilty of facilitating them for his own anti-American paranoid fantasies. Warning: Graphic image of how the Taliban punish “spies” below.

Two-term governor of Minnesota and potential GOP 2012 contender Tim Pawlenty visited Iowa Saturday, where he spoke at three fundraisers for statehouse Republicans. Although he has launched fundraising organizations in Iowa and New Hampshire, Pawlenty faces low name recognition in both states. In June, a poll conducted by the Des Moines Register found that 53 percent of Iowa Republicans did not know enough about him to find him favorable or unfavorable. Still, that number represents a 20-point increase in familiarity from November, when 73 percent of the same pool said they knew too little about him to express an opinion. He released his first web video Thursday. The trip marks his fourth to Iowa since the 2008 presidential election when he campaigned there for Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). He will stay for events on Sunday and Monday. Grassroots connections are necessary for success in the Iowa caucuses, which have marked the beginning of the presidential nomination process since the late 1970s.
