You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out Kid!
Another example of political correctness being the death of us all. Expulsion? For a BB gun? I have nothing else to say, except that my headline would have been more relevant back in December. Oh, and our daughter brought home something called an energy detective. She’s supposed to go around the house for the next week trying to find where we are wasting energy (i.e. being mean to Gaia). Seriously, one of the questions she’s asked is “how many incandescent light bulbs” do we have. Outside of the outright indoctrination they’re attempting, what a freaking invasion of our privacy. It’s none of their business how many light bulbs we have, or how much energy we “waste.” We’re paying for the energy and if we waste it we pay more for it. DUH! Good news? She knows it’s crap too.
