Obama-Pelosi Economic Plan Resulted in Record 7.5 Million Jobs Deficit

Posted by on Saturday, 4 September, 2010

Worst. President. Ever. We can now safely say that Obama is the worst jobs president since the Great Depression. We can also safely say that the Obama-Pelosi Keynsian Economic Plan is one of the worst economic disasters in US history. BB sent the latest jobs chart showing the actual jobs lost in the US compared to the predicted losses by Team Obama after the Trillion dollar stimulus was passed. By every objective measure the democrat’s Trillion dollar stimulus bomb was a complete disaster. This radical far left plan resulted in a cumulative 7.5 million jobs deficit. The Foundry reported: By every objective measure, President Barack Obama’s economic stimulus package has been a complete failure. When President Obama was selling his stimulus plan to the American people, he promised it would save or create 3.5 million jobs by the end of 2010. At the time, employment stood at about 134.3 million, according to the Labor Department’s most commonly used measure. That established an Obama jobs target for December 2010 at 137.8 million. According to the latest jobs report, total U.S. employment stood at 130.3 million in August, which means the cumulative Obama jobs deficit stands at 7.5 million.

Gallup: Antagonistic voting hits historical high

Posted by on Friday, 3 September, 2010

Good news/bad news. Let’s start with the good news from the latest Gallup/USA Today poll.  The survey found that among those planning to vote for Republicans this year, 44% planned to do so because of the Democratic Party.  That is a higher percentage than Gallup has found in midterm elections, including the 56-seat win for Republicans in 1994 Read this post

FCC extends comment time on Net Neutrality

Posted by on Thursday, 2 September, 2010

Question the timing. The FCC has champed at the bit to find ways to regulate the Internet under chair Julius Genachowski, garnering rebukes from both the courts and from Congress for overstepping its authority.  So their decision to request more comment time on their latest Net Neutrality proposals may seem a bit strange, given a distinct sense of Read this post

Where’s the New York Times on the El-Gamal Rap Sheet Story?

Posted by on Tuesday, 31 August, 2010

Too busy praising the non-virtue of “tolerance,”  decrying American “racism,” and writing puff pieces like this one . In the meantime, the New York Daily News is eating their lunch: Years before his latest real-estate project ignited an uproar, Sharif El-Gamal racked up at least seven run-ins with the law, including a bust for patronizing a prostitute. “I regret many things that I did in my youth. I have not always led a perfect life,” El-Gamal, 37, said in a statement to the Daily News. His most recent arrest was for a Sept. 10, 2005, assault on a barber who sublet a Manhattan apartment from El-Gamal’s brother, Sammy. The brothers and another man went to the apartment that afternoon to retrieve back rent from Mark Vassiliev, criminal and civil court records show. El-Gamal allegedly cursed at Vassiliev, called him the Arabic curse word “sharmouta” and punched him in the face, breaking his nose and cheekbones. When he was arrested, El-Gamal denied he socked Vassiliev, but conceded, “[Vassiliev's] face could have run into my hand,” court papers say. Fox News piled on: Watch the latest video at video.foxnews.com And by the way… Aren’t you sick of the word “Islamophobia?” What Americans are objecting to is not a religion but a theocratic way of life that has been proving itself hostile to western values since the seventh century. There can be no lasting, peaceful coexistence between Islam and the West, only submission. And it’s about time somebody said so.

Howard, You’re a Fine Man

Posted by on Monday, 30 August, 2010

How low can you go? In his latest Newsweek column, Howard Fineman uses the phrase, “ Tea Partiers and their fellow travelers .” Fellow travelers? That’s the phrase used in this country back in the ’40s and ’50s for American followers of the totalitarian Communist Party of the Soviet Union. If Fineman sees no difference between the the Hammer & Sickle and the Gadsden flag, then he’s well and truly gone off the deep end. Or he’s just another WaPo hack .

Posted by on Friday, 27 August, 2010

Republican RINO Democrat Pelosi-Progressive Charlie Crist just flip-flopped on Obamacare. Now he says he would have voted for it. Of course, he has a record this year of changing his positions on the major issues of the day. Hotline on Call has more on the latest flip-flop. Maybe that’s why Crist trails Republican Marco Rubio by 10 points in Florida. UPDATE: Crist now says he misspoke in this morning’s interview and would not vote for Obamacare.

N.Y. House candidate uses Giuliani nod in new TV ad

Posted by on Monday, 23 August, 2010

Staten Island Republican Michael Grimm is using an endorsement from Rudy Giuliani in his latest TV ad. The former New York City mayor says Grimm “knows first-hand the destruction caused by terrorists.” The ad comes on the heels of a TV spot released Michael Allegretti, Grimm’s rival for the nod to face Rep. Mike McMahon (D-N.Y.). Allegretti’s spot focused on the economy, and featured several shots of downtrodden-looking residents staring forlornly at the camera. New York’s primary is Sept. 14. Grimm is considered the frontrunner, having been backed by Giuliani and other high-profile Republicans such as Sarah Palin and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). Allegretti’s spot was released last Friday.
